 |  Fun -Raising With Fantasy Tea Party Whether you are looking for a new way to raise money for your organization or looking to do a just ''fur'' fun adventure,then you have found the right place! 1. Step One ;Choose your furry friend. Fantasy Tea Party will provide you with a sample for display. 2. Step Two : Choose a date and location for your event to take place. 3. Step Three : Spread the news!! Make up flyers to pass out, also include the information in your newsletter. * The day of your event you will need to supply 2-3 tables for us to set up. * Fantasy Tea Party will supply table cloths,decorating supplies for the t-shirts ( Crayons,Markers,Stickers) and 2-4 staff members to set up and help direct the younger children with the project. * Fantasy Tea Party will need one hour to set up for the event. This may require less time,depending on the number of orders. * Please provide us with a copy of all pre-payed orders, so as the children approach us we can cross their name off the list. * We will also bring extra animals for walk in purchase. * Your cost per animal or dolly is just $12.00. This includes a white t-shirt to decorate,wishing star,birth certificate, and high quality fluffy stuffing. * Your group will then decide the cost to charge the parents. We recommend selling them between $ 15-21 each ( retail value is $ 26 ) * Cant decide on what animal to sell ? Then you may choose to offer 3 - 4 . We do not recommend giving to many choices. * For best results, start selling your animals 6- 8 weeks before event is to be held. * The parents will need to pre-pay for the animals. The money is collected under your group. Then , one week prier to the event,Fantasy Tea Party will contact you for a final count. The payment is due at this time to Fantasy Tea Party to place your order. * Fantasy costume characters will be provided at no cost to you. This is a great selling point! How often does your child get to create a new furry friend with princess Cinderella ? *Activities to take place on the day of your event, may also include free face painting, story time, and snack time to keep the little ones busy, while awaiting their turn.
